8,9,10,11,and12(today)
Oh dear... Nothing done this weekend nor this week thus far except today. I ran a mile and walked a mile and a half. 3 sets of 10 curls, 3 sets of 10 shrugs, 3 sets of 20 forearm curls... all with the 35lb barrybell that I have. Conundrum... I run and drink protein shakes along with crunches and I feel fat... I stuff my face with all the possible unhealthy foods and fast foods and feel wonderful and look great by the way. Explain that one to me...

Days 6 and 7
Well it has almost ended. Nothing on this 7th day. Day 6 saw 3.5 with the sauna top and 3 sets of 25 pushups. Hopefully I can recover tomorrow and run a bunch.

Day 5
I 'fixed' my music player and was able to magically run 3 and a half miles. Also 3 sets of 20 crunches.

Day 4... and 3
You thought I already quit, didn't ya? Nope I did 'run' yesterday, about a half mile. No calisthenics or weights. Today was a little better. A mile and a half and 3 sets of 18 crunches today. I feel like I have lost weight, but... I am also not eating unless I am hungry, very hungry.
I will run everyday for 21 days even if I just drive out to the river and run a half mile. Point is to make a lifelong habit of exercising everyday.

Day one!
I dropped a Benjamin on some GNC crap. We'll see how it works. I 'ran' a mile and a half. Felt pretty good. I'm getting sick so we'll see how long the running lasts. Three sets of 8 at 35 pounds on the curl, 3 sets of 18 crunches; that's a lot. Not. January 17, 2009
